  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer
  • Delivery times may also vary during holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
  • We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan only.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • BLU.CO is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blu.co with photos and your order number. Our team will assist you promptly.
