At BLU.CO, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have the best possible experience. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used supplements (including protein powders).
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
What Makes a Product Eligible for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The wrong flavour or product variant was delivered.
- The product packaging was damaged or tampered upon arrival.
- The quantity or item received does not match your order.
Please note that all claims are subject to verification through photos or videos provided at the time of your request.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@blu.co with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description (with photos, if applicable) of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement and provide further instructions.
Refund Policy
BLU.CO does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges or replacements will only be provided if your claim meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Free samples or gift items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@blu.co. We’ll ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible.
